  • Flocculation reactions for sludges and suspensions

Heat reaction for Hydrocarbons Physical processes include:

  • Filtration
  • Centrifugation

Aqueous Waste

Over recent years there have been major changes in the treatment of aqueous waste. New legislation will restrict the disposal of liquid waste to landfill. The legislative changes along with rising costs of landfill have created a need to treat aqueous waste to ensure the water faction can return to the aquatic environment.

Laboratory and Small Packs

Waste contained in small packages can often be a problem for any waste producer. If the waste comprises a variety of different materials (eg. a laboratory clearance) each item could then require a separate disposal option. There is also the issue of security of disposal. Irish Waste Services provide a total service for the disposal of small pack items. Our trained technical personnel will visit the producer’s site to prepare the waste for disposal, ensuring the correct classification and segregation for packaging and collection.

Transfer Station

This facility allows the safe storage of material on our site prior to in house treatment or off site disposal. The facility operates to the Best Available Technology Not Entailing Excessive Cost (BATNEEC). All material held in the station is listed and grouped with compatible material of its class. The area is fully bunded with segregated bunds for material storage. Compatible waste can be safely bulked up prior to final disposal. All Material entering the facility has complete tractability to final disposal.
